I stayed at the hotel, and it's the perfect spot with amazing views of the Shard and London Bridge. The rooms are nice and comfortable, and they even have a tower bridge view. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff. The location is excellent, right next to the Tower of London. However, it was a bit crowded during my stay due to the busy season. The dining experience was good overall, but there were some delays. The facilities provided were convenient and enjoyable.

I found the hotel in a perfect location, just a stone's throw away from the Tower of London. The room was beautifully decorated for my birthday, complete with a thoughtful card and a little gift. The service was top-notch with extremely accommodating staff and a stunning view of Tower Bridge. However, the dining experience left a bit to be desired, making me feel rushed, and the lack of some vegetarian dishes was a downside. Despite that, the facilities were great and the location couldn't have been better.

Celebrating my father-in-law's 80th birthday in London couldn't have been better with the amazing rooms offering spectacular views of Tower Bridge and the Thames. The service was top-notch, especially with the thoughtful birthday surprise for my girlfriend. The location was excellent, right next to iconic landmarks like the Tower of London, and the dining experience, although good, left a bit to be desired. Overall, a fantastic stay with great value for money.
